1,600 to 9,450. That's the difference in the number of audience members that Twenty One Pilots performed to the last time they were in Denver to their most recent sold-out performance at the world-renowned Red Rocks Amphitheater on September 27, 2015.
This is proof of the enormous fan-base that Twenty One Pilots has grown over the past few months with the release of one of the greatest albums of 2015 -- Blurryface.
The release of Blurryface has proved to be a massive success -- the album reaching number one on Billboard the week of it's release, and now, four months later, the album remains steady at number 20 on the iTunes charts.
It's hard to argue with this majority when you listen to just the first five tracks on this record. "Heavydirtysoul", "Stressed Out", "Ride", "Fairly Local" and "Tear In My Heart" are each uniquely incredibly thoughtful and well executed numbers.
And their ability to write an incredible album isn't even this duo's greatest talent.
A Twenty One Pilots live performance creates one of the most thrilling and invigorating rushes of emotion that a concert will ever make you feel.
This band's powerful energy and vibrant expression of lyrics and emotion makes their show an experience you want to live inside of forever.
I truly cannot recommend going to any concert more than I can recommend going to a Twenty One Pilots concert.
